For semi-automatic mode of operation with high pile throughput by programmable operation.
Installation without protective fences, as the hydraulic movements are carried out by pressed push-button. Fully automatic airing programs with automatic start and stop.
The pile turner is equipped for 3 working cycles, selectable at the control desk:
- Turning the paper/board pile
- Airing, aligning and jogging the pile
- Airing, aligning, jogging and turning the pile
Adjustable and programmable airing parameters:
- Measure of platform opening in airing position
- Number of air jet travels between the platforms
- Air volume
- Speed of air jets
- Jogging intensity
- Holding or compressing the pile

The programmable fully automatic operation with reinforced hydraulics enables the high pile throughput.
Reproducible pile treatment is possible by storable airing programs.
The installation of protective fences with light barriers and the motorized-pneumatic aligning gauge with paper recognition enables the fully automatic operation.
An access without machine stop is possible.
